Having had the honour of working with Cecil since he joined us in Camberley I can honestly say that I could not have had more respect for him as a friend and colleague. In his own way he supported the progress of many people in Fluor. We owe him a debt for that support, and his example of always doing what was right. Cecil, you are sorely missed.
