Cecil, your sad death has left a gaping chasm in all our lives. Fluor will never be the same without the benefit of your sage advice, driving personality, professionalism and humanity. You represented all that was good not only in your work at Fluor but as a person who inspired those who were fortunate enough to be associated with you. Yours was the driving force behind the success of the many projects we worked on together through the years. You always supported your "world class team" mainly by being a world class leader yourself. All my sympathies go to your wife and family who will hopefully be comforted in some small way by knowing of the respect and love so many felt for you. May you rest in peace my friend, you will not be forgotten.
