Words cannot express how I feel at this moment and nothing I can say will ease the pain of the loss of such a dear friend and colleague. My thoughts are with Penny and the children at this sad time. Throughout life we remember the special people who have an impact on our lives and I will certainly retain fond memories of Cecil and the good times we spent together over the years... Visiting the Camberley office will never be quite the same......
